Follow the steps below to configure Outlook (IMAP) to work with PeaMail™
Step 1
Open Outlook and go to 'Tools -> E-mail Accounts' as shown:

Step 2
Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and press 'Next'

Step 3
Select 'IMAP' and press 'Next'

Step 4
User Information
Enter the name you wish to have displayed when a person receives an email from you in the 'Your Name' field. Example: John Smith or John.
Enter your full PeaMail™ email address in the 'E-mail Address' field. Example john@mmo.to
Server Information
Each PeaMail™ domain has both IMAP and SMTP server addresses which are simply 'mail.' prefixed onto the domain name. Example john@mmo.to mail servers would both (IMAP & SMTP) be mail.mmo.to. sarah@seafi.sh mails servers would both (IMAP & SMTP) be mail.seafi.sh. Complete the 'Server Information' section as such using the your chosen domain name.
Logon Information
Fill out your 'User Name'. Example john@mmo.to would be 'john'. sarah@seafi.sh would be 'sarah'. Complete the 'Password' field using your password. This will be the password issued to you in your welcome email. Unless you have changed your password via the webmail system. In this case use your new password.
Choose the 'Remember password' option if you wish to have your password remembered each time you use Outlook. If not selected Outlook will prompt you for a password each time you collect your email. Then press 'More Settings'

Step 5
Select the 'Outgoing Server' tab and tick the 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' tick box. Select the 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' radio button and press 'OK'

Step 6
Press 'Finish' to complete the setup!

Your account has been added and you can now use use PeaMail™ with Outlook!
